It’s a good eighty-four degrees where I am. It’s hot… Or it was when I started writing this.

I have to say that I had an amazing day yesterday. I was going to write about it last night, but I was so tired that I passed out after a cup of chamomile tea. Delicious.

Went to the beach early in the morning with my cousin. Saw a turtle. Got a little color back on my skin before I head back up to Oregon.

Went to the doctor. Apparently I lost three pounds!!! Woohoo…

I got an A in my Summer School class. Hells yeah.

Then I went out to dinner with my friends. I was really excited because one of my best friends came in from Japan. I haven’t seen him since Christmas and it was nice to see him. I think we’re going to see Harry Potter or something to night. It’ll be my third time watching it. Greaaaaat… *Rolls eyes* But I’ll see it again if it means I get to hang out with him.

Writing all of this out, my day doesn’t seem as epic as it was to me. Oh well…

I’m almost done with the speech that I’m supposed to give in a week. Woot woot. I’m actually surprised at how okay it turned out. Just okay. I can’t write it, set it down for two weeks, then edit the crap out of it. No time. But that’s okay.

I just have to power through it so I can finish the few (and by few I mean many) stories that I’ve started. I want to finish writing these three stories in my head before the season starts. Damn you, Supernatural and all your amazingness.

Damn, being spoiler-free is hard.

Oh yeah, speaking of anything Supernatural related… because I asked it way yonder and didn’t get any answer. What color is Misha Collins’ real hair? I was saw something or was watching something and his hair looked a lot lighter than it does when he’s Castiel. Is he just that amazing that he doesn’t have just one hair color? Random, I know.

By the way, Happy Birthday, Misha. (For tomorrow.)

So, I found it easier to countdown until September 1^st. It helps because I’m hoping that the DVDs will be able to hold me over until the premier. YEAH RIGHT… It just means that those days in between will be so much worse…

It’s finally cooled down where I am. I think I need a nap. I probably won’t take it until I’m done writing a story. Good stuff.

BTW… still looking for a Supernatural Whump Meme. Which I don’t think exists. Anyone want to start one? No? I’ll figure out LJ, then I’ll attempt to start one up. Maybe…

OMGosh... we're so on the same wavelength!!! That is amazing.
I would sooooooo love to be a mod. I totally glanced over everything, it looks great so far.
We could totally make the site epic before we start promoting.
I also think that 9_of_clubs should be a moderator too... Me likey her whump. Do you think she'd be up for it?
Also, question: Is this meme just for Supernatural or other fandoms? And is it anonymous???

Awesome! And yeah, I need to PM 9_of_clubs about that. I'm sure she'd love to help out, and she writes fantastic whump, so it's only fitting.

Yeah, I wanted to get it looking really good before we start promoting. I'm not sure about the fandoms - I was thinking since it operates by a master post layout, we could have a few master posts for several fandoms - definitely a SPN one and whichever other ones you think we should do. See, this is why I need some co-mods. ;)

I created a new journal for my modly duties, because I don't want my personal/writing stuff mixed up with community stuff. Would you want to do that too (I can create a journal like whumpfest for you too, which is just mod stuff), or I can add you as a mod under your regular username. Which would you prefer?

It's up to you. I don't think it's necessary, since there won't be much emailing to do I don't think, but either way is fine. I used my regular email. If you want, I can even use my email address to confirm it, and you guys can just do your modly duties strictly from inside LJ without even bringing email into the mix. Lemme know what you'd rather do.

Oh also, the usernames aren't very exciting - probably going to be whumpfest2 and whumpfest3, lulz. It's sort of an anonymous thing, so people don't like intertwine their personal perceptions of us with their mods. Y'know? ;)

I'll type up a more detailed summation of what I'm hoping to do for you guys, to make this whole thing easier. I'll send it as a PM probably sometime tonight.
