Just a few thoughts about 6.03...

1) So, is Jimmy gone now since Castiel said that he wasn't human when he had to take blood from Dean? Because if he is, that makes me really sad. :(

2) Missing handprint??? I mean, yeah, it was a dream. I guess the only thing that helps me is that in my mind, his tattoo wasn't there either.

3) Sam's hooker looked a little like Sarah from Provenance. Yes, I shipped those two. Maybe she'll be back??? But probably not, because the actress is on THE EVENT.

4) I don't really have to say much about their profound bond and Dean obviously wanting to keep it a secret.

5) BALTHAZAR!!! I liked him... But I just love Sebastian Roche.

6) I'm pretty bummed that they got rid of the actor that played Raphael. I really liked him too... :(

7) CAS IS BACK!!!

8) CROWLEY, BOBBY, AND RUFUS IN THE NEXT EPISODE!!!

I think the appropriate question here would be, if someone is possessed, whether by angel or demon, is their blood truly their own or is the being possessing them truly possessing them right down to the essence in their blood? Because remember Sam's demon blood addition, he was drinking blood from the bodies of humans that were possessed by demons, so either he was drinking the essence of the demon or he really was drinking demon blood.

Could that be applied to angels taking a vessel as well?

I don't know, but that's something to ponder about. I do keep wondering whether Jimmy still exists or not. Nothing's been mentioned either way for either of these things which makes me go, hmmmmm.

Yeah, me too. He didn't get much screentime in the episode which was very sad, I wanted more confrontation between him and Castiel. But at the same time, at least they didn't kill off Raphael's character? It's open for him to return and I would like another standoff (perhaps this time with Castiel having more of a chance of fighting back? lol poor Cas, he comes back all shiny and BAMF and still gets his ass whooped by an archangel)

YAYAYAY CASTIEL IS BACK! This episode was definitely an upgrade from the first two of the season. The only thing I could have done without was the beginning of the episode, that was totally unnecessary, imo.
